Here you again lie on your back and, keeling your legs straight, bring them up into a vertical position above your body by contracting your abs, and at the same time raising your shoulders. Repeat this process 12-16 times.

The long arm crunch is another exercise which involved lying on the floor and extending your arms out above the head. Keep your hands together and your arms close against your ears. Do the same basic crunch of the abs and repeat 12-16 times.
